Vulture

Vulture is made from a Spider-man Bug Busters Vulture, with his lower body cut off and replaced with those of Marvel Legends Human Torch, and the Vulture legs reattached below the calves. His new wings are made of miniature duck feathers, some of which my old pet duck had molted. They were glued on and painted green. All that was left after that was a new paint job for the body.
