Like a good Lutheran, Tom Cipriano
attended Good Friday services.
That morning on live TV he asked
CNN's Daryn Kagan, "Would you bang Howard Stern?"
The North Wales man is better
known as Capt. Janks and has been proving live news outlets should
better
screen their calls for nearly 15 years.
Friday, he posed as a U.S. military
leader calling from Iraq. His question led Kagan to cut to commercial
break to
"clear our airlines from this nastiness."
He's out to prove that the FCC
is only concerned with obscenity that comes out of Stern's mouth.
"No matter what you hear
about any other station, it's not gonna make a difference. This
is only about Howard
Stern," Cipriano says.
Last week, the FCC fined Clear
Channel almost half a million bucks for Stern's use of what it
believed was
obscene material.
The radio giant has sacked Stern
in six markets.
