Appearance:
Height: 5'11" Weight: 185 Ibs. He usually wears various attires but mostly black to conceal himself, and is rarely seen out during the day. As of late his attire seems to be a black militia like sneaking suit, combined with minimal armament, rarely does he sport a side arm but is better suited to a staff or a sword.
Personality:
Originally he could hold his dark side at bay, but as of late what shred left of humanity he once had secretly seems to be slipping away from his mind.

Special Abilities:
With the touch of his hand he has the ability to unleash Paralysis to his victims joints and organs through there body. For example the ability to Paralyze someone's heart. He also carries the ability to unleash someone's hidden fears when laying his hands upon a beings head able to cause such panic until the victim has a stroke or suddenly dies of heart failure. Paralyzer\Paralysis also is unable to feel pain, or bleed for long periods of time since his blood is quick to clot. He also lacks the ability to fear anything in any given situation.
Natural Abilities:
He is a trained master in the art of Kick Boxing, and also he is self trained in the arts of Judo, and has limited knowledge in the arts of Aikido. Aside from hand to hand training he is well versed in ranged weapons though he prefers not to use them. As far as Chemical and Biological weapons go he is rather well versed, but has only been known to stay with a fear gas substance to throw his opponents into a subdued and other times near death state.
