DART & SERRIN

Dart is the second born cub of Strongbow and Moonshade, the younger brother of Crescent and recently the older brother of an unnamed girl cub. Dart was born at the Father Tree shortly before Madcoil attacked the elves and was roughly four turns of seasons old when the forest burned and the tribe traveled to Sorrow's End. There he met the Sun Villagers and stayed with them for several years. He was taught by his father how to hunt and to use an arrow whip.

When the Wolfriders left Sorrow's End to follow Cutter, Dart decided to stay behind to defend the Sun Village. Strongbow disagreed with him until one villager called his son "a spindly youth." Strongbow quickly let the villager know how he felt about that and told Dart to never forget where he came from.

While the Wolfriders were gone, Dart grew into adulthood and taught the villagers how to defend themselves and how to hunt. He formed the Jackwolf Riders, a subcategory of wolfriders, composed of all Sun Villagers and himself.

Dart remained at the Sun Village until Savah made contact with Winnowill again and found out that she was causing trouble once more. Together with the Jackwolf Riders, Dart left the village to help his parents and the other wolfriders.

His reunion came just in the nick of time for humans were trying to burn down the forest when Dart and his followers arrived to the aid of the Wolfriders. Dart was finally reunited with his parents, a much different elf, both in body and spirit. He helped in the fight against the Gliders and was captured by Kureel. A young human by the name of Geoki leapt to help him. Strongbow saw Kureel take his son and fired his arrow without thinking and killed the glider. When Dart and Geoki landed their hands were clasped together and would not come apart. Leetah then had the daunting task of healing them both at the same time to save them.

Dart then returned to the Sun Village and after many long turns Recongition struck - with Serrin, the daughter of Wing and Behtia. Together with had Bowki. He also had a step-father, Talmah, who was Serrin's unRecognized lifemate. After Bowki was grown, Dart returned to wrapstuff to wait for the Palace of the High Ones to return. However, during his long wait, he was awakened by Kimo to help rescue Windkin in the Forevergreen. During his time in the Forevergreen, Dart lost a part of himself and forget for a while what is was to be a Wolfrider. After defeating Door, the Palace picked up Dart and his companions and brought him back to the new Father Tree where is currently resides.

Dart helped Shuna on her quest to tell the humans about the elves along with Kimo.
