TWO-SPEAR and WILLOWGREEN |
Spear was the son of Prey-Pacer and Softfoot and the half-brother of Skyfire. Sometime before he became an adult his name was changed to Swift-Spear. Growing up Two-Spear and his half-sister had a constant dislike of each other, both thinking that they would follow in their father's footsteps as the next chief of the Wolfriders. Apparently, after Prey-Pacer died, Two-Spear took over the tribe. Several turns passed and Two-Spear became obsessed with the humans after they killed his wolf-friend, Blackmane. With the help of his cousin, Graywolf, they defeated the humans and forced them to leave the woods. It was during this confrontation that Swift-Spear changed his name to Two-Spear, for he now carried two spears - one spear to remember what has happened and one to remember what can be.
After Two-Spear and his followers left the tribe they became the Goatriders and then the Go-Backs.
Willowgreen was the lovemate, then later lifemate of Two-Spear, daughter of Rellah, and the tribe's healer. Growing up Willowgreen was always afraid of the tribe's wolves, always stearing clear of them when they approached her; however, Willowgreen became injured and met a human named Shayana, who taught her how to became stronger. Willowgreen stayed with Shayana for quite a long time, learning herb lore and how hunt for herself. She quickly conquered her fear of the wolves and when she returned to the tribe no one could understand what had happened to her and she refused to say, protecting her friend. Shortly after she returned, Graywolf took an interest in her and her sudden change in character. He encountered her once on her way back from visiting her friend and Recognized her, much to both their dismays. They agreed to complete the Recognition as quickly as they could, so Two-Spear would not find out. Every little thing set him off at this point and his lifemate and his best friend would have caused a huge problem for the whole tribe. It is speculated that Kahvi is the daughter of Graywolf and Willowgreen, rather than the daughter of Two-Spear. THEIR CHILDREN |
