Drawing Gallery

When I draw, I usually draw from something, I replicate and alter pictures mostly from comic books. I don't want to get sued or anything (I'm not sure if this constitues it or not...but I'd rather be safe) So, I just thought I'd say that these pictures could possibly be copyrighted and I'm not making any money from them.

This first picture here is more my own creation than anything. I drew this a few years ago with a black marker and colored pencils. It is a picture of me, as seen in an odd dream my boyfriend had.

This is a picture based off of the cartoon Gargoyles. I was very proud when I completed this because the pose came solely from my mind - I didn't look off anything. This one, I colored on the computer.

The previous Gargoyle picture was redone from the same scanned picture as the one before it. On 3/22/02 I completely redid the whole thing...just to see how much better it could look.

These two images are completely my own. They are illustrations from a story I co-wrote earlier this year. The woman's name is Dreya. I drew these with marker, scanned them, and colored them with Adobe Photoshop.
(they may take a while to load, sorry)

This picture is another that came completely from my brain. And, is also a character from a story I'm in the process of writing. Her name is Abby. She exists in the Marvel Comics Universe. I drew this one with marker and colored it with Photoshop.

The previous picture is a "real picture" remake of the picture I drew of Abby. I did this with a program called Poser made by Metacreations. Then, I added effects in Photoshop.

This picture below is a recent update as of 6/30/02. I tried a new, more realistic technique with Abby's scars. Enjoy!

Another Abby picture...also posted on 6/30/02. The picture below is a thumbnail of the original, just click on it to see the full size version. I used Poser and Photoshop on this one.

7/12/02 Just finished a new Abby picture...I used Poser, but I recently discovered some new features that I've been mucking with lately. The model is done entirely in Poser, and the background is done in Photoshop using a photograph of a tree.

The next picture was completed 3/15/02. I drew it with marker, then colored it with Photoshop. The Character is Lady Deathstrike. She belongs to Marvel

Jade-Shaylinn's Bg This image is based on a wallpaper done by Shaylinn which you can see here. It's a character named Jade, codename Anodyne. She is copyrighted to the people at Next-X. An awesome site. check it out! Next-X Website
Jade-My Bg This image contains the same figure as the previous one. I decided to see how well I could make my own background scenery. It may be the same image, but the effect is entirely different. And, as I said before, the pose for this is copyrighted to shaylinn and the character is copyrighted to Next-X.
Minx This image is drawn, designed, and copyrighted to Melissa Miller. I found it here and just fell in love with it immediately. I was lucky that there was an uncolored version, and I took the liberty of trying my hand at coloring it. I was very happy with how it turned out...but it couldn't have been done without Mel's awesome talent! Check out her Clan Creed page to see more of her amazing art! Clan Creed

7/1/02 I just completed this image. I used Poser to make the girl, and Photoshop to doctor it up and add the background. I'm not sure who this character is...I think I combined elements from many different characters in her design. She hasn't got a name, but, if I ever decide to use her again, I'll probably give her a name and background.
Cyber Girl
7/2/02 I couldn't help it, had to do a few more images of this mystery character. I still don't have a name or a background for her...but I hope everyone enjoys the pics anyway :) They were done the same way as the previous one, modeled in Poser and altered in Photoshop.

7/3/02 Another image of the mystery girl. I used the same method as before...modeled in Poser and finished in Photoshop. Enjoy!

NEW
2/21/03 Finally decided to post some of the stuff I've been doing... I've recently got the coloring bug and I've spent the last few months scouring the net for Awesome drawings and then inking and/or coloring them.
Each image here is Copyright to it's original artist and I merely altered it in some way for no profit.

Colors By Eva
Vicky Creed
This is Vicky Creed. And original character created by Vale for their Next-X timeline. Check out Next-X comics right here. Check out the whole Next-X Creed family's page here. I actually drew this picture as well as coloring it. It is just loosely based on an image done by Stripe, which can be viewed here.

Inferno
Another Next-X character, this time Inferno. Check the link above for the Next-X site =) Drawing by my hero, Mel. Mel has her own site! Check it out here!

Sabretooth Cover
A beautifully drawn Sabretooth cover...unfortunately I don't know who drew it. I'm assuming it's a professional comic book cover. I enjoyed coloring this one =) Check out my other Sabretooth stuff here.

Poofy
This is Poofy Wolf. A character invented by the great Natalie Robles. Poofy is a psychopathic wolf, she's just GREAT! Check out all of Natalie's brilliant rantings here.

Mystique
I just finished this picture this very evening. The drawing is done by Josh Mathers, whom I know nothing about. I searched everywhere for a homepage of some sort...but, no luck sadly. He's an awesome artist and I'd love to know if this is drawn from an existing image or if it's straight out of his head. See a few other pictures by Josh mixed in here.

Kayo
Another Next-x character...this time Kayo. Drawing by Ren. Check out other pictures of Kayo here. And, check out Ren's stuff here.
