Cyril Sneer
Cyril is the Evergreen Forest enemies. He want to wreck the forest to make money. All he thinks of is money. He has three little pigs that are like he's slaves because they do everything for him. Cyril Sneer also has a son that's friends with Bert. Bert, Ralph and Melissa are alway trying to stop Cyril. and they also succeed.
