In my last month or so in residence, I decided to start a serious manga. F/R is fun, but it's not meant to tackle the more hardcore subjects. To this end, I started writing the script for Jin's Redemption, the story about a gangster who travels overseas to escape his past. It's serious, but it also has a lot of funny moments. But enough about that story, here's the main character for it. I wanted a bishounen-like male lead for once, instead of all the goofy losers you see in recent high school anime. Jin's goofy too, but in a cool way...if that makes sense...
