Wanderlust-"Dramatis Personae"

This is a fresh departure from what I usually do, and I'm proud of it. There are some things amiss in this piece, but that's probably because I started and finished it in the span of one day. This was done in pencil and ink (as usual), in a western-ish style of comic art. Actually, I just went with making the faces more realistic, while not putting the full amount of time required in a portrait (portraits usually aren't done in ink either), and this is what resulted. With that said, these six are the main characters of Wanderlust, the fantasy story I've been hawking so much...

Starting from top left:

Shusa-An Elven Hunter, and guardian of Princess Linnatiel. Has watched over the Princess-Heir since she was a child, and is very much like an older sister to her.

Tareth-A Northerner from the Arenian mountains, Tareth is the first to join Derryn on his journey. A humourous man much of the time, Tareth can also be a vicious opponent, with his massive two-handed sword.

Valaan Falthara-A prodigal magic-user from the Northern Sanctuary. A dashing young man, he is merely a step away from becoming a full-fledged Master Spellweaver.

Nadia Falthara-Valaan's little sister who befriended Linnatiel at the Northern Sanctuary. A potent Spellweaver. Half of the time, Nadia is mischievous. The other half, she is subdued and naive.

Linnatiel, Princess-Heir of Vellucyn-Met Derryn in her childhood, and has become enamoured with him ever since, even though they parted ways years ago. A beautiful and strong willed elf, she has inherited the ability to Spellweave from her mother, the Lady Katricia.

Derryn Drakelight-Son of the renowned Lord Adakran Drakelight. Resents the rigid discipline of the Templar, and runs away from home. An adept with a Templar broadsword, Derryn is afflicted with wanderlust, and his running away from home begins a chain reaction of events that throws Ryth into turmoil. Ironically, he must be the one to save Ryth.
