Guy has some pretty impressive villains, considering that he is treated like a third-rate character.
First on his rogue list is Militia, who is actually Guy's brother. He faked his own suicide after losing the use of his legs in the line of duty as a police officer, but in actuality, he was hired by the super-secret government agency the Quarum. He was given a suit of armor and the ability to walk. He first ambushed Guy in Guy Gardner #16. He was following guy over a road, when the charge on Guy's ring gave out. He went underneath an overpass, and luckily for Guy, the fuel in Militia's rocketpack gave out, too. Militia has been seen since, but I don't know the details of that encounter. If you do, e-mail me and I'll give you credit for the info.
Next is Sledge. All I know about him is that he was a government experiment, and he was endowed with super-strength and invulnerability. He was put into "storage" in the 50's, and was rvived in the 90's. He was recently given enhanced powers by Neron in Underworld Unleashed.
Major Force. Oy. This nut is possibly one of the most dangerous villains in the entire DCU. He is psychotic, notoriously ruthless, and loved to stuff his dissected victims in refrigerators. He was recently given some of Guy's DNA, so he now has the ability to morph like Guy can. He also has the ability to "jump" through the quantum field, so he can make it like he never died.
Guy Gardner, Enforcer. Never heard that one before? He's Guy's clone from ish. 15. He thinks that he is really Guy, and that our Guy is an imposter. Confused? Should be. He also recently made a deal with Neron, and got a "power glove" that duplicates Guy's old yellow ring, and creates orange/yellow plasma creations.
Martika is a woman who can control men's minds, but was killed in Guy Gardner: Warrior #44, by Major Force. She had a crush on Guy.
Dementor is the last living Vuldarian beside Guy, and the Phantom Stranger described him as a dream demon. He was shot through the head by Guy in ish #44. He could morph like Guy could, and was also seen "canceling out" Guy's powers.
Then there is this guy who has a sword and acts like a pirate. His name is the Black Serpent, and he has henchmen who take a steroid that makes them strong, which he takes too.
