As a Green Lantern, Guy could create any object he thought of. It had to be recharged every 24 hours, recieving power through tachyon emissions from the Main power battery. This was done by holding the ring to the lantern for the amount of time it took to say the oath. During the 24 hour, he could do as much as he wanted. It was not a quantity of power that was limited, but the time in which you could use that unlimited power. However, the Main Power Battery, all the rings and all the batteries were destroyed save for one, which Kyle Rayner wears now. It was recently revealed that Guy was approached before Kyle was by Ganthet, and was offered a ring. He refused, wanting nothing to do with the Corps.
