Vargas's Bio.Vargas and his henchmen went up against the X-Treme X-Men and he single-handedly beat up Beast, leaving him in critical condition and then killing Psylocke.He's about to kill another X-Man and his target is Rouge. He targeted Gambit before and I think he sent him to Khan to be captured. His mutant powers are unknown, but I'd say he might be a mutant with emense strength, that of Sabastion Shaw's, but he doesn't absorb blows. And he fights with a sword.
