Jade Greene Green Vigilante
Born May 12, 1980, Tokyo, Japan. 5'9", Slim and strong, black hair, green eyes. 1/4 Japanese. Good at several sports. Came to the USA in June, 1998. Holds degrees in Languages and Pre-Law from NYU. Currently speaks 12 languages. Works at the United Nations, as Assistant to the Sec.-General.
She constantly puts herself in danger. She uses no weapons to defend heself and others. The "Vigilante" is her personal redemption for all the years of torment by other children for her differences.

Kofi Annan Secretary-General of UN
6'0" Muscular built. Head leader of the United Nations. Born in Ghana, April 8, 1938. Educated all over the world. Holds several degrees, in Economics and a Masters of Science in Managment. Mr. Annan joined the United Nations system in 1962 as an administrative and budget officer with the World Health Organization in Geneva. Several other substantial posts lead to his currant Position. He is the 7th Secretary-General of the UN. The first to be elected from the ranks of the United Nations staff. He began his first term on Jan. 1, 1997. Annan is married with three children. [UN info]

Luke Suede Cowboy
6'2" Slim built, long blonde hair, Blue eyes. Born in 1979. From Kentucky. Is an aspiring country singer. Works as a elementary school teacher. Holds a BS in Early Childhood Education from Kentucky State University. Lives in a small studio apartment, volunteers as a tutor at a Boys and Girls Club and plays music gigs occasionally. Has an older brother, Mark and parents living in Kentucy. Had a younger sister, Alice who died in a motorcycle accident 7 years ago.

Dilbert the Duck
Born a year ago on an Organic Farm in upstate New York. He came to the home of Jade by way of theft. A student in Luke Suede's class smuggled the duckling out of the farm in his jacket.

Usagi Greene Jade's mom
5'4", slim built with black hair and green eyes. Born Dec 24, 1958. Japanese/American. Born in Okinawa, Japan. Father was US Airman. Married to Matt Greene in October 1978. Works part-time as a realestate agent. Jade is Usagi's only child. Currently lives in Tokyo with husband. As a child she too was picked on for being mixed race like her daughter. Usagi worked as a model for several years in her youth, doing commercials and ad champains for Japanese media and television.

Matt Greene Jade's dad
6'4", Slim built, Brown hair, Brown Eyes. Born in Dallas, Texas August 23, 1957. Served in a Airforce for several years in Okinawa, where he met Usagi Tsokiwa (Greene). Currently works as a Aircraft Technology consultant in Tokyo. Spends his spare time rebuilding classic cars and flying small one engine aircraft.

Carmen Fernandez Friend
5'3" Medium build, Long curly black hair, brown eyes. Born in Spain in 1977. Works at the UN as an Interpretor. She loves the NYC theatre scene, dancing and reading Romance novels. Can often be seen taking photo's of city life in her spare time or jogging in Central Park. Carmen first met Jade when they worked side by side interpreting Conference discussions. Carmen sort of latched onto Jade because she was one of the only women about her own age in the booths. Also Jade was the only one willing to give her somewhat ditzy personality a chance. Carmen is a loyal friend, who loves to joke around and is generally the life of any party.
