I have been a fan of "Taarna" from the animated movie "Heavy Metal" for years. Over the years, I have collected several models of this particular character. This was the first model I bought and put together, and is an un-offical garage kit. This was painted by hand without my airbrush, so it doesn't have a very smooth finish. The symbol painted on the base of the model is the mark from "Taarna's" neck, showing that she is a "Taarakian."
