The water in the McDoakes household is acting up, so Alice insists on calling a plumber. But of course, Joe will have none of it and instead calls his inept neighbor Marvin (Rodney Bell) over to help him fix the pipes. Pretty soon, they're literally in over their heads.
This is mostly a series of "How many water gags can we think of?", but even on that basis, it's pretty funny. Considering that it looks as though a side-pipe from Chinatown is flooding Joe's basement, even the $260 that Alice's erstwhile plumber would charge seems pretty cheap.
