Movement: Frozone can create ramps or patches of Ice that he moves at Ex speed.
-Frozone can dodge w/ In agility while skating on his ice patches.

Visor: Frozone’s visor protects him form high speed winds, and also provides Ex protection vs. blinding attacks
Snowboard: Rm material, Frozone’s Snowboard increases his land speed (Rm) and maneuverability (Am agility for dodging)

Limitations:
Frozone can only use his powers if there is ample moisture in the air and he is hydrated.

Lucius Best used to be known as Frozone, the coolest Super of them all. His style, wit and ability to create ice from moisture in the air (not to mention his special multi-function boots) made him the envy of every gadget-loving little boy. The best friend of Mr. Incredible, Lucius knows the old days are done and doesn’t try to relive the past. But, he knows Bob still wants to and tries to help him chill out in any way he can.
