The Deadly Duo (Frederick and Francis) are a pair of criminal outcasts who sustain gangland power over the outskirts of Neogeovia. They try to commit crimes, but often fail, seeing that they are incredibly stupid. After being blown away by Prookum, etc., their bodies were rebuilt using the latest technology. The mastermind behind them was unknown, but they remain loyal to him, despite his invisibility. Did I mention they were complete morons?
