Noeland
Noeland is the son of the first high priest of Neogeovia. He is a highly skilled ninja and has been protecting Neo City since he was young. After retiring from fighting, he was assigned to train the next protector, Sirius, which he did. Noeland and Sirius were then outcasted from the city gates when several important priests were killed in a failed rescue attempt. He now rides with Prookum, the Echidna, and together they fight against the dangers outside Neogeovia.
