Tails
Tails came to Neogioland in a rather particular manner: he was stolen from another comic strip. Rather than being ripped off or suggestively copied, I, the creator, made it so that he was stolen right from the frame of Sakana Yama, another good sprite comic. Despite probability, Tails decided to stay and enjoys being an outcast as well as a, well, a freak. He's a freak.
