The Doom Star with Kang!
This armored glider carries the Marvel Super Villain into battle! The glider flies-soars,
loops, and glides. It’s flexible, strong & durable but holds only
one figure. It also has a wingspan of 24”. It has 2 laser cannons,
breakaway wings, a nose cone, is hand launched, stable in flight, and you can
adjust the seat to change flight characteristics. This was a 2nd
series release and is identical except for color and stickers with the Star
Dart that came with a black costumed Spider-Man figure. The question to me, is
why did it come with Kang if it’s the Doom Star? I don’t mind
much as Doctor Doom was available in plenty of other forms. Another neat fact
about this is that it’s the
4th different time that Kang was available in the Mattel
release. Kang came MOC by himself, in the villain 3 pack, in the white mailer
(with Wolverine), and also here with the Doom Star. Pretty cool, eh? |
