acquires super powers from falling into a manhole and discovering a secret
cave, where he finds a mysterious power which gives him the ability to
transform into Super Sparky. After he gained this power, he pledged
to protect the world from all evil. In his spare time, he hangs out
with Polky, his best friend, and others.
