Season 2: Episode 1 - "We'll Remember Always, Evaluation Day"
It's employee evaluation time, and the department-store personnel are kissing up to Drew. However, problems arise when his girlfriend, Lisa, learns that Drew has given her a less-than-stellar review. Drew blames Mimi for the information leak, setting off an all-out war of practical jokes and pranks. The pair rig each other's phones and computers, with Drew even sabotaging Mimi's collection of troll dolls to explode on cue. It's all hilarious until Mimi suffers a personal crisis, and Drew feels awful for what he's done. But who gets the last laugh?

Season 2: Episode 2 - "Something Wick This Way Comes"
Drew thinks he may finally get the promotion he's been anticipating for years, until he meets his new boss, a stuffy Englishman named Nigel Wick. As the new store manager, Wick wants to eliminate all employee perks, and leaves Drew to do his dirty work.

When Drew and Lisa decide that living together will solve the problems in their relationship, she and her menagerie of pets move in. Drew soon realizes he's made a big mistake, but he can't face telling Lisa.

Season 2: Episode 4 - "The Bully You Know"
When Mimi is banished to a job in the store's basement, Drew has to quickly replace her. He hires Simon Tate, a notorious bully from high school, who, unbeknownst to Drew, hasn't changed his ways. Drew must now convince Mimi to come back to Mr. Wick's desk.

Season 2: Episode 5 - "The Devil, You Say"
Kate's new relationship is off to a great start until Drew and the gang learn that the guy, who calls himself "The Devil," and takes his name seriously, wants Kate's soul. Meanwhile, in the spirit of Halloween, Drew dresses as the co-worker he loves to hate — Mimi.

Season 2: Episode 6 - "The Day the Music Died"
Drew is surprisingly distraught over the death of his high school music teacher, and soon admits he lost his virginity to her. However, when Drew organizes a memorial service for the woman, he's shocked to discover his teacher had a similar history with many other students.

When Drew meets an attractive woman and invites her back to his place, she discovers his backyard brewery and reveals she's a zoning inspector.

Season 2: Episode 8 - "Drew's the Other Guy"
Drew opens this episode with his musical trip through "hip," featuring cameo appearances by Flip Wilson, Dick Clark, and H.R. Puf'n'stuf in the dance sequence. Meanwhile, Drew surprises the woman he's been dating by bringing a fancy dinner to her home. However, Drew's the one who's shocked when the woman introduces him to her husband, Steve (Eric Roberts).

Season 2: Episode 9 - "Mimi's Day Parade"
Drew learns at the last minute that he's responsible for organizing the store's first Thanksgiving Day Parade. He's forced to accept Mimi's offer to use her dad's trucks as floats — as long as she gets to be the parade's Snow Queen — but when she's replaced by a celebrity, she steals the keys to the trucks.

Season 2: Episode 10 - "It's Your Party and I'll Crash If I Want To"
When Drew and Mimi discover they were the only employees not invited to a popular co-worker's party, they decide to crash the celebration together. In the process, however, Drew learns he actually was invited, but Mimi wasn't.

Season 2: Episode 11 - "Lisa Gets Married"
This holiday season, Drew's stuck with Lewis and Oswald as elves, and a cranky Santa who drinks and smokes. In addition, Drew's ex-girlfriend Lisa is furious with him after he inadvertently sours her fiance on the idea of marriage.

When Drew's parents lose their Florida home, they're forced to move back in with him. Drew thinks it's only a temporary visit, but when they show no signs of leaving, he begins to panic.

When Lewis and Oswald's houseguest, Drew, gets them evicted, all three must temporarily bunk with Kate until Drew can figure out a way to get his folks to move out of his home.

Rock 'n' roll legends Little Richard and Joe Walsh show up at Drew's place when his party flyer advertising free beer gets into the wrong hands — Mimi's. Most of Cleveland crashes the party, too, including Bernie Kosar and Mayor Michael White.

Season 2: Episode 15 - "Drew Blows His Promotion"
Drew gets assertive and decides to update the store's training video in the hopes of getting a promotion. However, when Kate plays a birthday prank by dubbing some embarrassing sounds on Drew's video, he winds up making a fool of himself in front of the Board.

Drew gets taken for an expensive ride when Kyra (Ann Magnuson), an attractive woman, writes him a bad check and then convinces him to let her stay at his place.

Comedic magicians Penn & Teller reprise their roles as the department store's ruthless attorney team. This time they try to mediate a dispute when Drew leads an employee revolt over management's refusal to create a skywalk above a hazardous intersection outside the store.

Season 2: Episode 18 - "Drew Gets Married"
Drew takes off for a convention in Vegas, loses his luggage, and all of his money, but returns with — a wife.

Season 2: Episode 19 - "Man's Best Same Sex Companion"
When Drew's dog, Speedy, needs an expensive operation, Drew creates a fictional man and pretends to be in a same-sex relationship so his medical insurance will cover the expense. But when store management asks for proof, Drew tries to convince them that Oswald is his significant other.

Season 2: Episode 20 - "Two Drews and the Queen of Poland Walk Into a Bar"
Just when Drew forgives Earl, the former employee who stalked him, he moves in next door and decides to emulate Drew in every way. Meanwhile, Mimi inherits a royal title when her aunt, the Duchess of Krakow dies.

Drew and the gang fight back when a rich entrepreneur copies their Buzz Beer product and then invades their territory by selling it at The Warsaw. Ed Begley Jr. and supermodel Rachel Hunter guest star.

It's an all-out war as Drew and Mimi compete for the coveted job of employee representative on the department store's board. Drew seems to have the inside track, thanks to a self-help book, until Mimi steals it away from him.

Drew, Oswald, and Lewis offer a date with Kate as a sales promotion for Buzz Beer. But when Mr. Wick wins the date, no one is prepared when he and Kate seem to be falling for each other.

After an adventure-filled road trip to New York City, Drew and the gang go to a midnight showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, only to be met by Mimi and friends — where a major "dance-off" ensues.
