Season 3: Episode 1 - "Drew and the Singles Union"
Mr. Wick allows employees with families to leave early as a dangerous storm heads towards Cleveland. But he insists that the singles stay on the job and cover for their co-workers. A frustrated Drew urges the remaining employees to take action and unite, which leads to a struggle between Mimi and Drew for the job of union president. Meanwhile, the severe storm wrecks the store, and a dazed Mr. Wick finds himself in Mimi's "tender" care.

Season 3: Episode 2 - "Strange Bedfellows"
Drew vows to toughen up and not to take "no" for an answer anymore. But when co-worker Larry is suddenly fired and homeless, Drew can't turn him away. Meanwhile, Kate and Oswald are secretly dating, and Mr. Wick seems to actually enjoy being in Mimi's care.

Season 3: Episode 3 - "Misery Loves Mimi"
When Drew is fired by Mimi (on behalf of Mr. Wick), he grows suspicious of Mr. Wick's whereabouts. Drew's search leads him to Mimi's door, where he's shocked at what he finds. Meanwhile, Drew meets his new next-door neighbors.

After Drew's house is seized because of his former roommate's illegal activity, he schemes to buy the house back at auction. But Drew faces an unexpected bidding war when he tries to reclaim his property.

When girlfriend Nicki refuses Drew's suggestion to "pig out" on junk food because she used to be overweight, Drew changes his diet and vows to lose weight, too. But he soon doubts Nicki's revelation and sets out to catch her in a lie.

Drew, the man who never wins anything at all, is the lucky winner of a fast food chain's grand prize: The actual Batmobile. But he quickly learns that owning the world's coolest car does have its downside.

After accidentally neutering Mrs. Louder's rare-breed dog, Drew and Mr. Wick are desperate to raise cash to buy another one. Inspired by the hit film, The Full Monty, they decide to do a strip dance routine at The Warsaw — and go all the way.

When Drew hires his brother Roger to work at the department store, he learns some details about Roger's life that he wishes he never had found out.

Season 3: Episode 9 - "That Thing You Don't"
Drew and the guys decide to resurrect their high school band in an attempt to win a "Battle of the Bands" contest at The Warsaw. But their road to rock-'n'-roll stardom is hampered by their lead singer (who can't sing), and competition from the same band who used to make them miserable in school, The Undesirables (led by real-life, psychobilly rocker The Reverend Horton Heat, in a special guest appearance).

Season 3: Episode 10 - "Volunteer"
Mr. Wick orders Drew to do volunteer work at a home for the elderly, but when the residents yearn for more fun and excitement, Drew takes them to the department store, where they promptly embroil him in a scandal.

Season 3: Episode 11 - "Vacation"
Drew and Kate are tied as winners of a trip to the Bahamas in a department-store contest. When circumstances force them to share a hotel room, Drew reflects on their lifelong platonic friendship; while a jealous Oswald is frightened that sparks could fly and shows up to investigate.

Season 3: Episode 12 - "Howdy Neighbor"
Drew is in a jam and needs next-door neighbor Greg's assistance with the brewery. Greg agrees to help out, but only if he can be the boss. When Greg turns out to be a tough taskmaster, who works Drew and the gang into exhaustion, Drew is forced to take desperate measures to get Greg to loosen up.

Season 3: Episode 13: "He Harassed Me, He Harassed Me Not"
Drew discovers an elaborate scheme in which Mr. Wick and Mimi plan to fabricate a sexual harassment suit and then skip town together with the settlement money. But when it seems as though the plan will backfire on Mimi, even Drew feels sorry for his perpetual enemy.

Season 3: Episode 14 - "Mr. Louder's Birthday Party"
A compassionate Drew tries to convince his girlfriend that he still loves her in spite of her increasing weight. Meanwhile, Mimi hires a slick attorney in her sexual harassment suit against Mr. Wick and the department store.

Season 3: Episode 15 - "The Salon"
When Kate is passed over for a promotion because Mrs. Louder thinks she's unsophisticated, Drew suggests she hold a "salon" and discuss social issues with guests. The plan backfires when Kate and Mrs. Louder disagree, and Kate ends up with no job at all.

Season 3: Episode 16 - "The Engagement"
Drew and Oswald test their compatibility with Nicki and Kate to see which couple is a better match. The competition heats up during a Valentine's Day dinner, and before the night is over — someone pops "the question."

Season 3: Episode 17 - "Nicki's Parents"
When fiancee Nick is stuck out of town, Drew is left to host her visiting parents, and innocently shows a photo of a plump Nicki, which causes a heated argument between the parents, and almost leads to a break up. Drew must get them to reconcile before Nicki gets home.

Season 3: Episode 18 - "Two Weddings and a Funeral for a Refrigerator"
When Drew's beloved refrigerator conks out, he and his friends enter the department store's employee contest which offers fantastic appliances as prizes. Drew has a vivid, musical fantasy about a new, top-of-the-line refrigerator.

Season 3: Episode 19 - "The Bachelor Party"
Drew's parents arrive to meet Nicki and join in the wedding preparations, which includes a "wild" bachelor party for the guys. Meanwhile, Drew's mother offers advice when she thinks he might have pre-wedding jitters, but could there be a bigger problem?

Season 3: Episode 20 - "The Sex Drug"
Lewis brings home samples of the new drug being tested at DrugCo, which helps senior citizens regain their libidos. When some of the powder accidentally gets mixed into a vat of St. Patrick's Day Buzz Beer, the results are intoxicating.

With both Mr. Wick and Mrs. Louder away, Drew is in charge of the store, and his first executive decision is to eliminate the practice of firing anyone — no matter what.

Fresh from his breakup with Nicki, Drew strikes up a friendship with a female handyman. Despite their agreement to keep things platonic, his need to "repair" things around his house gets out of control.

Drew lets his college-bound cousin, Kristen, stay at his house and gets her a job at Winfred-Louder, but when she and Mr. Wick start dating, everyone — especially Drew and Mimi — agrees that it has to stop.

Season 3: Episode 25 - "From the Earth to the Moon"
At long last, Drew might truly get a promotion, if he can just promptly make his way to Mrs. Louder's office. But as luck would have it, a series of bizarre calamities is ruining his chance to advance.

Season 3: Episode 26 - "The Wedding Dress"
Kate has her heart set on an outrageously expensive wedding dress, so Drew and her fiance, Oswald, come up with individual plans to surprise her with a dress. But Drew's dress outshines Oswald's, which causes tension between the two.

Season 3: Episode 27 - "My Best Friend's Wedding"
As Kate and Oswald's wedding day draws nearer, Drew is worried because Kate may be having second thoughts. Things don't get any easier when Oswald's mom (Adrienne Barbeau) shows up earlier than expected.
