But once inside, Drew sees his girlfriend, Sharon, kiss another man on the giant screen, and not even the game in progress can stop him from trying to get to her. To make matters worse, Mimi could soon be his sister-in-law.

When the department store orders all employees to take physical exams in order to get new health insurance, Drew worries about his ability to pass. Lewis, being in peak physical condition, agrees to take the test for Drew, but no one realized there'd be a mental exam too — and the results are disastrous for Drew. Meanwhile, Doreen (Mini Mimi) still wants to be like her idol, Mimi.

When a pothole in the street causes problems for Drew, he tries to be an involved citizen by urging others to vote for a proposition that would allow more money for repairing city streets. As Steve and Mimi prepare for their wedding, a premarital counseling session with Father Seymour (John Ingle, General Hospital) reveals that Mimi has some unfinished business with a rock star from her past (musician Eddie Money). And Drew's anxiety about the imminent nuptials could be the cause of his nagging stomach ache.

The relatives are gathered, including the groom's mom, Beulah Carey (Marion Ross, Happy Days), and the bride's mom, Tammy Bobeck (Tammy Faye Messner), as Steve and Mimi prepare for their perfect backyard wedding, and nothing can stop them — not even Uncle Alfred's untimely demise. Drew's quick thinking comes in handy, even though Steve is convinced that Drew is trying to sabotage the event. And with a winter wonderland theme, bride Mimi is a "vision" in her most spectacular outfit ever — her wedding gown. Musician Joe Walsh also guest stars.
