At age thirteen, Arcade created the first person shooter video game "Murderworld", which made him an instant millionaire. With the success of "Murderworld, Arcade created a large video game empire that works out of Redwood Shores, California. Since then, Arcade has used his fame and fortune to travel the world, in search of more immersive gaming experiences. With that in mind, Arcade came into contact with Mojo Adams, creator and host of "Hunt for Justice", a reality television show where mutant criminals are hunted down inhumanely.
Arcade jumped at the chance to hunt down a contestant named Arthur Centuro, who had survived for several episodes. It was discovered that Arcade's sister was killed in the bombing of the Brooklyn Bridge. Arcade sees "Hunt for Justice" as a retribution for her sister.
