Bullseye is an assassin who is deadly accurate at throwing objects as well as a suberb marksman. It was this skill that the Kingpin hired Benjamin Poindexter, an assassin with a bullseye tattooed to his head, to kill an informant and several police officers. Poindexter tried to point the hit to Elektra, but the police instead arrested Elektra's father. After the hit, Poindexter told the Kingpin that the mission was a success. However, a crooked lawyer threatens to expose the Kingpin unless he is paid ten million dollars.
Poindexter met with the lawyer for the drop. Poindexter quickly disposes of him during a battle with Elektra and Matt Murdock. After the kill, Poindexter escapes with the lawyer's briefcase, but Elektra discovers that the lawyer had the information taped to his chest.
Elektra then offers the information to the Kingpin in exchange of his father's release. The Kingpin agrees, only if Elektra can defeat Poindexter, so he can be charged with the murders. Elektra defeats him and sends Poindexter to jail. The fate of Poindexter is unclear, but he will probably be out to get Elektra.
