Cybernetic Body: Most of Manning’s body was replaced with cybernetics. Besides enhancing his physical attributes and Intuition, he has the following abilities:
-Body Armor: Ex protection vs Physical and Energy
-Enhanced Senses: Rm infrared/ultraviolet vision, telescopic enhancement and audio amplification.
-Internal Computer: A micro processor within Deathlok’s skull provided many of the attribute enhancements that the character enjoys. The computer was also able to override Manning’s self-control, making him a passenger in his own body. The computer can be reprogrammed by anyone with the appropriate skills, making a Reason FEAT roll vs. Am intensity.
Weapons System: Deathlok has an array of weapons at his disposal. The following weapons have been seen:
-Energy Cannon: In Energy, 7 areas
-Pulse Charge: EM-Pulse of Am intensity to all electronics and electronically-based heroes (like Iron Man), 5 areas

Talents:Deathlok’s computer augmentation gives him the Weapon Master talent, Martial Arts A, and Computers. Manning has the Military Talent from his army days.
Contacts: Ultimates, S.H.I.E.L.D.
Much is unknown about Deathlok. At one point, Deathlok ended up escaping S.H.I.E.L.D. custody and began terrorizing people. The Ultimates tried to stop him, but ended up having a hard time, as Iron Man's armor seemed to have taken on some damage, leaving Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye and the Wasp to take him on. However, Spider-Man intervened and knocked Deathlok out with a kick to the back of the head. Deathlok is now back in S.H.I.E.L.D. custody.
