My original idea for this site was a shrine to anime characters (such as Parn from Record of Lodoss War, the image at the front of the site) who are less than mentally adept. It's actually done out of affection for these types of characters. It eventually evolved into a fanfiction archive, but I just couldn't give up calling a section of it "The Short Bus," so the theme remained the same.
Plus, I consider my own fanfiction "very special," so it seemed an appropriate title to keep.
Plans for the future: I just want to continue building this archive up with good fanfiction. Hopefully it'll get big enough one day that I'll decide to splurge and buy myself a domain or something. For right now, though, it's staying on Angelfire/whatever other free webspace I find and pouting.
