Plot: The first issue opens by establishing the complicated and inconvenient life of Julie, Fiona, and Kelly Turner. Though they consider themselves “sisters”, they are actually one individual suffering from Spit Personality (or D.I.D./Dissociative Identity Disorder). Having mysteriously awakened in her teen years, Julie Turner found she had no memory of her past, and due to powers of unknown origin whenever she is overcome by one of her other personalities, it actually shapeshifts her body to accommodate them. Julie seems to be the responsible personality, taking on matters of employment and keeping the landlord from tossing them for late rent, but the burden really gets on her nerves. Not to mention, she chose to become a costumed superhero using their other supernatural abilities of flight & super-strength for the cause of good. All of the good names were taken, so she was forced to settle for “-Girl!” Electrode is a nut with a basic ability of energy manipulation, whose obsession is stealing diamonds because he likes the way they reflect from his energy. -Girl! destroys his latest and utterly defeats him in embarrassing fashion. As Julie leaves out the door for work, moments later, Fiona walks back inside wearing Julie’s outfit, another job lost.
