Plot: Susan St. John reports on the Midnight Warriors’ battle with the Azanna Minotarr, putting a slant on each member’s description, and questioning if these dark heroes would ever be seen in daylight again. The team watches and wonders at the consequences of exposure to the public. Meanwhile, another dark hero (Ray) stakes a vampire in an alley. Karisma tells Matt she loves him and they start to make love. Selena is woken from her nap on the couch by Farrah bursting through the front door. Selena walks in on Matt & Karisma, bringing realization she has lost Matt. Farrah and Karisma argue. We learn that Farrah is Karisma’s younger sister, she knows something about Matt’s importance to Karisma, and that Farrah has been empowered by the New Zodiak. She has come to offer Demmy an apprenticeship with her, offering to treat him as an adult and an equal. Karisma attacks her and they fight, mostly using telekinesis. Farrah exposes Karisma’s 400+ year old true appearance. Farrah tells Demmy she will wait and be there if he needs her, she kisses him and a strange energy crackles, then departs. Matt comforts and defends Karisma, but she blasts him out of the room. Selena comforts Matt, acting as a friend. Matt is offended, giving up on Karisma, and wondering about Selena.
