CHICKEN CURRY

INGREDIENTS:(for a serving size of 4) 1 chicken (1.5kg), onions sliced(2 big), Garam masala (1/2 table spoon),Garlic 2-3 pieces (finely chopped),1 tomato (chopped) , 1/3 tsp turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder (optional), oil, Ginger paste, 2 Green chilli (chopped),water

METHOD: Marinate the chicken with turmeric, chilli powder, 4 tbsp of oil and vinegar (1 tsp for an hour. Heat oil in a big vessel. Then add the sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Add garlic chopped,ginger paste, green chilli chopped . Fry for few minutes. Add the marinated chicken and fry on medium heat for 20 minutes. During this time better keep the lid during the time when you are not stirring. Water will come out from onions, However, if required, you may sprinkle water. Add Potato to it and again fry till the potato is tender (these two steps are very crucial. Stir continuously & carefully) Add tomatos.Add water as required. Cover the vessel and cook for 10 mins or till done. Now Ready to serve.

CHILLI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:(for a serving size of 2) Chicked 500 gm, onions sliced(2 big), ,Garlic paste(1/5 tsp),tomato sause , vinegar (2 table spoon), salt, chilli powder, oil,Ginger paste, 2 Green chilli (chopped) 2 table spoon flour(white),soya sauce(2 table spoon),1/2 peeper powder

METHOD: Cut the chicken into small pieces. Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, flour, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste for 2 hours. Heat oil in a big vessel. Then add the sliced onions and fry slight golden. Add the marinated chicken and fry on low heat for 30-45 mins. During this time observe carefully, stir continuously, til the chicken is ready. Now Ready to serve.

CHICKEN ROAST

INGREDIENTS:(for a serving size of 2) Chicken leg piece(2 full pieces), ginger paste(2 table spoon), garlic paste(1 table spoon, 1 red chilli (paste), 1 green chilli (paste), plain yogurt/ or lemon juice 2 tbsp.

METHOD: Clean the chicken. Make medium pieces. Marinate the chicken with yogurt/ lemon juice, all pastes for 8 hours. Set the oven temp 150 Deg C (about 375 Deg F). Roast the chicken for one hour 20 mins. Serve with silced onion, tomatoes, carrot, cucumber and crriender leaves (finely chopped).
