Fish Cutlet | |
Ingredients | |
Fish fillet (or prepare from fresh fish, boneless) | 4 pieces |
Turmeric powder | 1/2tsp. |
*Garam masala | 1tsp. |
3Cloves,2Green cardamom,2 sticks Cinnamon | Roasted & powdered. |
Ginger (chopped fine) | 1 |
Black pepper powder | 1/4tsp. |
Chopped Green chilli | 1 |
Sugar | 1/2 tsp. |
Salt | to taste. |
Oil | As required. |
Egg | 1 |
Maida | 1 tbsp |
Garlic paste | 1 tbsp |
Onion paste | 1 tbsp |
Lemon | 1 |
Bread Crumbs | 1 tbsp |
Procedure : | |
For Filling :
Soak the fish fillet and ginger pieces in a cup of lemon water overnight. Mix the egg, maida, onion and garlic paste to prepare a viscous mixture. Apply the mixture in both sides of the fillets. Spread the bread crumbs evenly on both sides of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown. Serve with green salad. |
