INGRADIENTS

Milk - 1/2 ltr

Corn Flour -2 tbsp

Sugar - 9 tbsp

Pista Pieces- 2 tbsp

Fresh Mawa - 100 gms

Green Color - 3-4 drops
-
Pista or Kesar essance - 3 drops

Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Mix together milk,
sugar and cornflour in a bowl and mix well. Put it on the gas, stir continuously.
When it starts boiling, put off the gas. Crumble the mawa, mix in milk,
add essance, color and elaichi powder. Blend well with the beater. Then
add pista pieces and fill in the kulfi cones. Put them in freezer.
