After parting ways with Arista Nashville in late 2006, Diamond Rio has signed with Christian label Word Records. Their first project on their new label will be a Christmas album titled: "A Diamond Rio Christmas: The Star Still Shines." The album with feature 11 classic Christmas songs as well as a brand new, original song in the album's title track, "The Star Still Shines." The album is set to be released on October 9th.
