1 ½ lbs. of Flank Steak (trimmed and cut into 6 pieces)

Flour Tortillas

½ cup Sweet Onion (chopped)

½ Green Bell Pepper/Capsicum (cut into strips)

½ Red Bell Pepper (cut into strips)

1 ½ cups of Salsa
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or crockpot and stir well. Cook on low for about 8 hrs or high 4-5 hours. Remove meat shred with two forks.
- Serve in warmed flour tortillas with any or all of the following; grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded lettuce, sour cream, avocado slices or guacamole.
