1 slice or 2 tbsp. of Chicken (cooked)

2 slices of
White Bread (Double Roti)
or Wheat Bread

1 tbsp. of Broccoli (cooked & chopped)

2 slices of
Mozzarella Cheese
or Provolone Cheese

Basil or Dill (to taste)

A dash of Garlic Powder (Lehsan Powder)

Salt (to taste)

Olive Oil (Zaitoon Ka Tail)
- Season one side of each bread slice with olive oil. Layer chicken and cheese on one of the bread slices (on the side with olive oil); sprinkle broccoli pieces on top. Add a dash of garlic powder, basil or dill, salt and pepper.
- Cook in sandwich maker for about 4 minutes or until well browned and cooked.
