1 kilogram Chicken

1 ½ kilogram Carrots (sliced)

4-5 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)

Salt (to taste)

1 tsp. Chinese Salt (Ajinomoto)

2 tsp. Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch)

1 tsp. Garlic Paste (Pisa Lehsan)

1 tsp. Ginger Paste (Pisi Adrak)

2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
1) Put oil in a pot on medium heat. When the oil gets hot add in: chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, carrots, soya sauce, black peppers, salt, and chinese salt. Mix and cover pot on medium heat and let the chicken cook for approximately ½ hour.
2) After ½ hour, add green chillies. Now cover pot and let Chicken cook on low heat for another 15 minutes.
