  • 1 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 3 cloves of Garlic (Lehsan) (chopped)
  • A few strands of Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) (for garnish)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 ½ tsp. Coriander Powder (Pisa Dhania)
  • ¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder (Pisi Haldi)
  • ½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch)
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arakh)
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil


  1. Wash the chicken and cut into 1-inch pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and salt.
  2. Fry the garlic until it is light brown. Add the chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes stirring constantly. Then add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Fry for another 3 to 4 minutes stirring frequently and check to see if the chicken has become tender.
  3. Once chicken is cooked and tender, remove from heat. Add the lemon juice and garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
