  • 1/3 cup Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup Cottage Cheese
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • A dash of Black Peppers (Kaali Mirch)
  • 2 tbsp. Butter (Makhan)
  • 1 tbsp. Chives (chopped)


  1. Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese , salt, black pepper and chives.
  2. In medium size skillet melt the butter; when it gets hot, add the egg mixture and cook over low heat until it set.
