2 medium Cucumbers (Kheera) (peeled & thinly sliced)

2 medium Red Onions (Lal Pyaz) (thinly sliced)

½ tsp. Salt

1 cup Sugar

1 cup White Vinegar

1 cup Cold Water
- Layer the cucumbers and onions in a glass bowl.
- Separately in another glass bowl, mix the water, sugar and vinegar together. Stir in the sugar until it dissolves well into the mixture. Pour this over the cucumbers and onions.
- Cover the glass bowl and chill in refrigerator overnight.
