4 large Potatoes
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds (Saabut Sufaid Zeera) (roasted & coarsely crushed) (for garnish)
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch) (more or less may be used depending on spice preferance.)
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder (Pisi Haldi)
Salt (to taste)
2 tbsp.
Plain Yogurt
1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the
plain yogurt,
turmeric powder and potatoes. Mix; add salt and red chilli powder. Cook on medium heat; stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are well done.
- Transfer into a serving dish and sprinkle with crushed cumin powder.
