1 Whole Chicken (with skin, legs, thighs, and wings)

2 cloves of Garlic (Lehsan) (finely chopped)

1 cup All-Purpose White Flour (Maida)

3 tsp. Seasoned Salt

1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch) (optional - for spicy chicken)

1 cup Vegetable Oil
- Put oil in a karhai or pan and put on stove on low heat.
- While the oil is heating season chicken with seasoned salt, red chilli powder, and garlic.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the flour until well covered. Shake off any excess flour.
- Simply deep fry the chicken in oil until it is golden brown. For crispy chicken, fry a little bit longer.
