- Pour oil into a karhai (skillet) and heat on high.
- Shrimp should be washed, dried and in a bowl. Squeeze enough lemon juice that shrimp gets wet and mix by hand.
- Pour the Shan Masala (broasted chicken packet) into a seperate bowl.
- When oil is hot, take each shrimp one by one and dip it into the masala until well coated on both sides and place into oil.
- Take shrimp out when golden brown on both sides and place into plate lined with paper towel.

This is a quick and easy dish and goes great with dal and rice or even a snack.
