  • Shrimp (peeled, deveined, washed, and dried)
  • Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arakh) (enough to cover all shrimps)
  • Shan Masala's packet of Broasted Chicken
  • Cooking Oil (for frying)


  1. Pour oil into a karhai (skillet) and heat on high.
  2. Shrimp should be washed, dried and in a bowl. Squeeze enough lemon juice that shrimp gets wet and mix by hand.
  3. Pour the Shan Masala (broasted chicken packet) into a seperate bowl.
  4. When oil is hot, take each shrimp one by one and dip it into the masala until well coated on both sides and place into oil.
  5. Take shrimp out when golden brown on both sides and place into plate lined with paper towel.

Tip: This is a quick and easy dish and goes great with dal and rice or even a snack.
