  • 1 Plain Cake (cut into pieces - as served with tea)
  • 2 Sour Fruits (any of your choice)
  • 2 Sweet Fruits (any of your choice)
  • Dark Colored Jelly (any flavor of your choice)
  • Icing Sugar
  • Melted Chocolate (for decorating)
  • Cream (for decorating)

  1. Cut all of the fruits in cubes n mix well. Put into a custard bowl. Add sugar to fruit and mix well.
  2. Set the cake pieces in edges of a round bowl. Put the fruit in the middle. Stir jelly and pour over the fruit and cake. (Make sure the jelly covers all of the cake and fruit.
  3. Cover and set in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
  4. Before serving decorate with melted chocolate and cream.
