Plain Cake
(cut into pieces - as served with tea)

2 Sour Fruits (any of your choice)

2 Sweet Fruits (any of your choice)

Dark Colored Jelly (any flavor of your choice)

Icing Sugar

Melted Chocolate (for decorating)

Cream (for decorating)
- Cut all of the fruits in cubes n mix well. Put into a custard bowl. Add sugar to fruit and mix well.
- Set the cake pieces in edges of a round bowl. Put the fruit in the middle. Stir jelly and pour over the fruit and cake. (Make sure the jelly covers all of the cake and fruit.
- Cover and set in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
- Before serving decorate with melted chocolate and cream.
