300 grams of Dried Apricots

¼ cup Almonds (Baadaam) (blanched and roasted)

150 grams Sugar

1 tbsp. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Ka Arakh)

Water (as needed)

Fresh Cream or Ice Cream
- Wash apricots; soak in a pot of water for about 4 to 5 hours.
- De-seed apricots; chop and cook in a pot with lemon juice, sugar, and about 2 cups of water. Cook until apricots are well soft and pulpy and water and sugar has dissolved.
- Take off heat and transfer into a serving Dish.
- Garnish with almonds and serve hot or cold with cream or ice cream.
