1 Ripe Mango (Aam) (peeled & cut in 1/2" dice)

1 small Red Bell Pepper (Shimla Mirch) (diced)

½ Jalepeno Pepper (finely minced)

½ Vidalia Onion (cut in ½" dice)

1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger (Adrak) (grated)

¼ cup Fresh Cilantro (Hara Dhania) (minced)

½ tsp. Salt
-
1 tsp. Ground Cumin (Zeera)

¼ tsp. Cayenne
-
Lime Juice (from 1 lime)

3 tbsp. Corn Oil

1 large Pre-Baked Pizza Crust or you may prepare
Homemade Pizza Dough

¼ cup
Parmesan Cheese

¾ cup Asiago Cheese (grated)

1 can of Black Beans (drained)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine mango, cilantro, onion, ginger, bell pepper and jalapeno.
- Make dressing and toss with mango salsa mixture. And set aside.
- For the pizza: Combine the asiago and
parmesan cheese
. Sprinkle a quarter of the cheeses on the pizza crust.
- Spread the black beans on top (do not cover the whole crust with them.) Spread the salsa over the beans. And cover with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and is lightly golden.
