2 Mangoes (Aam) (peeled, pitted and sliced)

1 firm Tomato (Tammatar) (finely chopped))

1 Red Onion (Lal Pyaz) (chopped)

1 Red Pepper (Lal Mirch) (finely chopped))

A small bunch of Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped)

Salt (to taste)
- Mix all ingredients well together for a salsa-like salad.
Variation: You may add peaches instead of mangoes.
