½ kilogram of Prawns (peeled)

1 tsp. Garlic Paste (Pisa Lehsan)

1 tsp. Green Chilli Paste

½ tsp. Cardamom Powder (Ilaichi Powder)

½ tsp. Cumin Powder (Pisa Zeera)

2 tbsp. Fresh Cream

½ cup of
Plain Yogurt

2 medium Onions (peeled and pureed to a paste)

Lemon Juice (for garnish)

A few strands of Coriander/Cilantro Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped - for garnish)

½ cup Cooking Oil
- Heat cooking oil in a pan, fry onion paste and prawns, add green chilli paste along with other ingredients and cook on low heat.
- Mix fresh cream and
plain yogurt
. Transfer in a bowl and sprinkle lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves on top.
