Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups of Broccoli Florets
2 cups of Cauliflower Florets
1 small Red Onion (Lal Pyaz) (chopped)
1 ½ tsp. Artificial Sugar
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (freshly ground) (to taste)
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Sour Cream
1 ½ tsp. Vinegar (Sirka)
A dash of Worcestershire Sauce (optional - if available)
Directions:
Combine broccoli, cauliflower and onion. In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sour cream. Add Splenda, vinegar, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over veggies and toss.
