  • ½ Lemon (Nimbu) (juiced)
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ¼ cup of canned-sliced Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (or to taste)
  • 3 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro/Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped)


  1. Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, green chiles, and cilantro in a blender or food processor. Blend on low to desired consistency.
